Hosting the clients mail so that we control as many points of failure as possible in order that we can go straight to the route of the problem should an issue arise.
The clients admin team were increasingly spending more and more time detailing & chasing IT problems. This was even before anything was fixed! A full support contract for £9,800 per year, including support for remote workers and liaison with specialist recruitment software supplier to ensure smooth operations on a daily basis.

One day a week permanent on-site I.T. Support Engineer to facilitate weekly client configuration requests.
The decision to go with Our IT Department was an easy one for the board based on cost & quality of response. The existing in-house IT team did not have the skill range required to implement a company wide office move & upgrade on the scale required. Not only was the wages bill too high but the client was left with no-one who could project manage to such a high level.
A team comprising Our IT department Senior Technical Engineers, Admin staff & Support Engineers are assigned to the client to fully understand then manage all requests as well as dealing with all issues arising through Our IT department’s own pro-activity. Liaison & communication are essential tools used to keep the customer satisfied.
