Our IT Department recently moved our IT Network overe to the cloud. So far so good, the transition was pretty painless and for the last few days everything has been working fine.

Just a quick note to say thank you to the Our IT Department crew for their exceptional work on our latest server migration project.
As always everything went smoothly and although there are always teething problems with this, we were more than happy with the outcome.
We now have a nice new shiny exchange server in the office together with a new terminal server which has made our lives a hell of a lot easier. Thank you again to everyone that was involved.

After a trial period we have decided to start working with Our IT Department on a permanent basis. We have used three of the main IT companies in London on a trial basis before we decided to commit to one and I am very pleased that we found Our IT. If you are looking for good IT support then they come highly recommended.

A very good service, provided by knowledgeable and attentive staff. It is reassuring to know that the engineers are there if we need them, and at a very reasonable rate. I cannot fault the service we received.

We used Our IT Department last week for a one off emergency IT Support service. Our servers were down and our IT guy was away on holiday so we needed a bit of help.

We tried some local companies but non were prepared to help out at short notice so we contacted into some of the bigger IT companies in London. Our IT Department were prepared to send an engineer to our external office in Bedfordshire and they had someone onsite within 4 hours. I am very grateful for the help we received and I am also grateful that we did0't they didn't take advantage of us and try to charge some extortionate fee.

The engineers are polite and very knowledgeable, the phone is always answered quickly and we don't usually have to chase anything up to be honest, so in that respect I have no complaints whatsoever.

We pay for a good service and we get one. At the end of the day that's all any of us can ask for.

Everyone at Our IT Department has been more then helpful over the past two years. We have a dedicated account manager that visits us once a month and everything else is taken care of remotely. Our business has expanded over the past 12 months but there were absolutely no problems when it came to supporting our new location further into the heart of London. At the end of the day no service is perfect, but these guys are not far off let me tell you.Recommended.

Our IT Department have overseen the deployment of a Hosted Desktop solution throughout our entire organisation, this was no easy task as we have over 36 users working from 4 different offices in the London area.
The transition from our old network to a hosted solution has been as good as seamless. We were expecting it to be difficult for a while with such an upheaval but thanks to the work these guys put in, there has been little to no problems experienced throughout the project. We are also very happy with the after sales support experienced so far.
