Established in 2006, The Luxury Pet Department is an e-commerce company that sell luxury designer pet accessories.

Overview.

Luxury Pet Department are a company that have grown very quickly in a very short space of time. Originally a family business run by 3 people, The Luxury Pet Department now has over 35 full time staff working from an open plan office in East London. Because of their recent success, the company has increased the size of their IT infrastructure quite significantly and full time IT Support is now a necessity.  For a company that completely relies on its IT, a stable network with minimal downtime is absolutely essential.

Proposal.

Our IT Department provide The Luxury Pet Department with a full time IT Support contract. This service includes unlimited support calls and unlimited onsite and remote IT Support. Because of the nature of their business, The Luxury Pet Department also decided to take advantage of our weekend "out of hours" service which gives them peace of mind, knowing that the network is being looked after seven days a week.

Luxury Pet Department also requested a weekly onsite presence from Our IT Department. Like many companies, they feel more comfortable with a regular site visit from a familiar face that who is always on hand to discuss IT related issues and the ongoing development of their network. This onsite presence has also helped us build up a long term relationship with the company very quickly.
