Our field engineers are the face of Our IT Department that are responsible for maintaining client relationships onsite.

Every field engineer is required to provide all levels of support to our expanding client base, the ability to support both Windows and Mac platforms would be a major advantage. Salary dependant on skills, experience and qualifications. Please take our engineer competence test for us to validate your abilities.

Basic requirements;

• Excellent face to face communication skills
• Basic Microsoft certified qualifications (Apple certification an advantage)
• Experience working with mixed environment networks
• Advanced networking knowledge
• Project planning and implementation experience
• Excellent diagnostic and problem solving abilities
• Must be able to work as part of a team and work to tight deadlines
• Must be flexible and prepared to work unsociable hours
