Anti-spam: a pro-active approach 

Fed up with anti-spam programmes blocking emails seemingly randomly? The C-Mail anti-spam system will remove viruses and spam emails before they actually enter your network. Unlike other anti-spam systems, C-Mail won’t send suspected spam to a “black hole” where they will never be seen again. Instead, emails C-Mail suspects as being spam are bounced back to the sender so the sender is aware the email hasn’t yet been received. This bounce back email contains a link which when clicked will deliver the email and white list the sender so they are never blocked again.

C-mail is clever, but also practical

C-Mail customers can access a website interface in order to check spam emails blocked by C-Mail. All spam emails are held on our servers for 7 days after which they are deleted. Within the website interface, all customers are able to accept or reject emails that are held in quarantine. There is also a filter box where you can search for a specific email that you may be expecting.

What about emails with possible viruses? 

When an email arrives, our C-Mail platform will perform a virus scan on the email. Emails confirmed as being infected will be prevented from entering your network and will be retained on our servers. Our virus definitions are updated every 5 minutes to ensure that new viruses are caught and blocked as quickly as possible.
