So here’s the price list:

Full support as outlined in –Support –		Pre Pay Support
Server	£1400 per year	40 hours	£ 60 per hour £ 2400
Workstation	£250 per year	80 hours	£ 55 per hour £ 4400
Laptop	£250 per year	200 hours	£ 50 per hour £ 10,000
This includes all connectivity issues!		Ad Hoc Support.	£ 95.00 per hour

Extras?

Lets say for example that nothing is broken but you want us to help with planning & implementation of the IT side of an office move. Well that is simple. We have a client hourly rate of:

£55 per hour daytime
£65 per hour evening (till ten pm seems fair!)
£77 per hour night time & weekends

This is with qualified technical personnel that you will soon get to know and trust & is not charged from when the engineer leaves our office but simply for the work done.
