You won’t be tied into a long term contractual agreement.
When you sign a contract of service with Our IT Department, the first 3 months of service is subject to a one-month termination period, with a 3-month rolling notice period applied thereafter. We retain our clients by delivering excellent service and avoiding long-term service contracts.

Our IT Department provides a Fully Managed telephone, remote and onsite IT support solution for charities that wish to fully outsource their IT provision.
You’ll have direct access to our UK-based service desk team for ALL services from 7am to 7pm, with the option for 24/7 support.
Onsite support is provided by our local teams of directly employed Microsoft & Apple certified Field support technicians.
